Vodafone named as New Zealand Law Awards finalist

MEDIA RELEASE - The Vodafone New Zealand legal team has been named as a finalist for the ‘In-house team of the Year’ category in the 2016 New Zealand Law Awards.

The awards bring together over 500 industry leaders to recognise individuals, firms and in-house teams for their outstanding achievements in the legal industry.

Vodafone Legal and External Affairs Director, Liesbeth Koomen, said she and the team are delighted to have been named a finalist, after what has been a stand-out year.

“The New Zealand Law Awards are a prestigious event in the legal fraternity, and to be named a finalist is fantastic recognition of all the hard work the team have put in over the last 12 months. I’m brimming with pride and anticipation,” she said.

Vodafone is one of ten companies to be nominated for the ‘In-house Team of the Year’ award, sponsored by Russell McVeagh, and congratulates fellow nominees.

The final awards will be announced 17 November 2016 at the Langham in Auckland.
