One NZ opens its first store-in-store at Costco Westgate

One NZ has opened its first store-in-store at Costco Westgate in Auckland, becoming the first telecommunications company to partner with Costco across Australia and New Zealand.

Sam Bruce, GM Retail, says the Costco partnership is a new way for One NZ to reach customers.

“We want to meet customers where they are, and Costco gives us the opportunity to bring One NZ directly to members in a place they already choose to shop.

“It’s about making it simple for customers to find the right mobile or broadband plan and get great value along the way. Whether that’s getting hands on with the latest phones, understanding how Phone Dollars can help towards their next phone or taking advantage of an exclusive Costco member offer, our team is there to help.”

The new One NZ store-in-store is fully staffed by One NZ team members, with Costco members able to sign up for Prepay, Pay Monthly and Broadband services, as well as access exclusive member offers.

The One NZ store within a warehouse is now open at Costco Westgate, Auckland.
