Vodafone is honoured to have won a 2021 NZ HR Award last night in the Technology category, for its innovative Vlife app.

The event celebrated exceptional HR professionals during an incredibly challenging year for the industry.
Vodafone’s app, Vlife, is a digital key to the office environment, and helps our people navigate their day to day activities. Whether it’s finding their way around the building, locating meeting rooms, facilities and people, opening their lockers or even ordering and paying for our food and drink in the café – Vlife has become a vital digital companion for Vodafoners. Most importantly, it kept employees safe during COVID, connecting the organisation and enabling digital management of health, safety and wellbeing through its “My Day” check-in functionality.

Vodafone’s Head of Reward, Property & HR Operations, Debra Marshall, was delighted by the win.
