Nick Judd begins as Chief Executive of One New Zealand

Auckland – Monday 31 August 2026: Nick Judd has today officially taken up the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of One New Zealand, following a pōwhiri to welcome him into the role and mark the beginning of the company’s next chapter.

Nick succeeds Jason Paris, who steps down after almost eight years leading the business through a period of significant transformation. This included its separation from Vodafone Group ownership, the creation of the One New Zealand brand and major advances in network technology and customer experience.

Nick joined One New Zealand as Chief Financial Officer in early 2024. Before joining the company, he was Chief Financial Officer at Tourism Holdings and spent more than 15 years at Air New Zealand in senior roles spanning strategy, sales and growth, both in New Zealand and internationally.

The leadership transition was announced on 1 July.
