One NZ is keeping the momentum going in its mission to build a better-connected Aotearoa. In September, work has completed on 22 mobile sites across the country — including 4 new builds (2 of them with 5G coverage) and 18 existing sites that have been upgraded to expand 5G coverage.
That brings the year-to-date digital infrastructure total to 206 new and upgraded mobile sites, with 155 of those now equipped with 5G — giving more One NZ customers more access to fast, stable, and reliable mobile connections.
To help identify where improvements are needed most, customers can use One Pin, to ‘drop a pin’ in areas where they experience dropped calls, slow speeds, or no connectivity. The more pins dropped in a location, the higher the priority for upgrades.
